Our community is full of talented young high school students who will soon be leaving our community to pursue professional careers. Our Career Exploration program is intended to provide these students with a deeper understanding of the wide range of professional careers we have available in their hometown. Our desire is to bring our young professionals back to Monroe once they have completed their education. The
Career Exploration program targets high school juniors/seniors and college freshmen/sophomores from Green County and/or Stephenson County. Colony Brands has partnered with local schools by offering career informational presentations, co-op positions (work/study), facility tours, and youth opportunity days. The Career Exploration program is just another means to reach out to our young talent and remind them that we are interested in their success and want to invite them back to our Colony Brands family.
